What if I need to cancel?

How is billing handled?
Per diem, weekly or monthly. All payments are made prior to the billing period. If for any reason your project ends prior to anticipation, you will be refunded any over payment amount due your company.
Communications
We are on call at all times. Meetings can be arranged with a one day lead time. Typically, same day meetings can be arranged for urgent matters.
How can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Statements will be issued based on the billing cycle you dictate: Per diem, weekly or monthly.
